Q: How do I file an SC/ST atrocity case and proceed under the Atrocity Act?

I would like to know how and whom to address while filing an atrocity case against a guy who promised to marry me but later denied due to caste differences. I belong to SC and he is OC. He is currently abroad. I have already registered an FIR at the local police station and filed a complaint with the NCW. Please help me with what else can be done under the Atrocity Act.

Hi, your complaint needs to be addressed to the ACP of the concerned jurisdiction; then police officials will conduct an inquiry and file a charge sheet in court. After this process, the accused will be summoned back to India and will face trial. Q: Filed Restitution Of Conjugal Rights Wife not Attending Court

I filed RCR, attended first hearing on Oct 15, my wife did not appear in Court. Next Hearing is on Nov 13. Got the news that my wife again not coming to court.. what should I do. What is the next step ? Got married on June 30 , 2018.. Christian marriage. stayed only 3 weeks.. she deserted me .

Q: Selling the property of my dad who is dead

My father passed away 10 years ago. Now me my mother and sister wants to sell my fathers plot. We already have family members certificate is it necessary to have legal heir certificate to sell the plot? If necessary how much time it takes?how much expenditure?

If the buyers want legal hier certificate you can file for it in the court. It will take 1 week to 10 days time. You will have to pay the court fee based on the plot valuation. Q: My daughter in law harassing me and my wife

Sir my daughter in law and my relatives also is harassing me and my wife we are senior citizens pls advise

You can file a case against your daughter in law under section 498A. Before that you can go for a reconciliation center for changing your daughter in law's attitude and once make your son to talk with his wife. Q: DVC case is under trail but want compromise

Sir DVC case is under trail in the court of 1st class magistrate court so far 3 hearings are taken but we are ready to compromise let me know the procedure for the closing of the case under trail in the court

As your DVC case is already in the court you have to request the judge if and only if you and opponent completely agree to compromise. The honarble judge will take your request into consideration and will send you both to the mediation center, then you can proceed with your request completely.
