Drunk fight- police complaint. What should I be aware of

I landed up in a fist fight with another drunk man, i was also drunk. No body seriously injured though. Now I am bothered by the doubt that the other party might file a police complaint against me. Does the case hold strong? What are the consequences?

Do not worry even if he files a case. As soon as you get to know approach Advocate and appy anticipatory bail before sessions courts. As far as trial is concerned they need to prove beyond doubt. Adv. Jamal Sait Bangalore

as no body was hurt the police normally will not register further as he too was drunk the chance of he going to police station are remote, further the case is not strong enough but if complaint is filed then better not to go to police station without lawyer.
