Domestic Violence Notice Issue By Court And Delivered By Police

Hi.... My wife filled case of domestic violence at her hometown after 13 months of separation... Court issued noticed.. Police man came to my office and asked to my HR to receive it as I am working at home in covid 19. Now problem is that my entire of Office get to know that case has been filled on me... Now HR called me come to office and meet me... Just wanted to ask is it possible that police officer can deliver domestic violence notice.. What can i do now? Please suggest
Dear Sir.. If you have already been seperated, then how can she file a complaint under domestic violence. If is it so, receive the notice and give reply to it. You can also ask for compensation for this kind of harassment as complaint seems to be false. For further discussions you may contact us.

the notice has been delivered. now you should go for mediation and in case that fails you would have to face trial.
moreover, try to resolve the matter peacefully if possible.
