cjm court order against father in law in dv act case, as father in law has stay from high court ,father in law was ex parte in cjm court but have stay, what are the remedy for father in law ,belongs to silk family ,hindu marriage act
If the father-in-law has taken a stay order from the high court then the cjm court has to accept the same because the high court is above cjm and it is duty bound to accept the orders passed by the high court. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
