my wife had filed dv complaint case on 24/5 case is under appearance stage till now 6 hearing dates have passed. I got to know yesterday about this case. I have not got any kind of notice yet from the court. what should I do?
your wife has file complaint case from where you know Sach information about this case first of all I have to search that FIR has been registered against you and your family member aur not

u leave this case and watch without appear in case and after the case decided and wife will file again a case in section 31 in dvact and in this case again notice will be sent to u then u appear and fill a recall application in first case
