Domestic violence case against husband ; mother in law; sister in laws

7yrs back i was mentally torchure and physically harressed by my husband and my inlaws; i was thrown away from house with my things and 1yr baby. I stayed in my mothers house for 5yrs without any comprehension from husband.My inlaws and husband wanted divorce .My big mistake i didn't file any complaint against them. Last 2yr back he came to my mothers house and said sorry. We will live together again; that time his mother was not willing to stay with us because her married daughter with her son are staying with her; and her husband stays in goa. That time i said to call her husband and say 2 stay with her. So that ur mother vil stay with us. But inlaws refuse.So i decided to rent nearby my mother so that she can look after my kid. Now again my inlaws are interfering in my married life; playing tricks against me to seperate us. Because of them my husband fights with me again.Use abuse words sometimes tries to hit me.Alway say i will leave you. Now can i file the complaint against them.
