Domestic violence by husband and marriage by fraud

Is there a way out to get a marriage annuled when the guy uses false information about Arya samaj marriage using his lawyer.And he does domestic violence and threatens me mentally and physically.Now when I want to get out of the marriage he says that since it has just been two months of marriage so it can't be annuled or we can't divorce.He doesn't bear my expenses as I am an independent working woman neither does he stay with me in the same city but when he comes to Delhi he beats me and creates a scene because of which I have to change my accomodation multiple times.The date and place of marriage on the marriage certificate are false.

it is correct that you can not file divorce before one year but that does nt mean u will be harassed a beaten
