My husband is in Estonia. He had tortured me mentally and physically and snatched away my children. I want my children custody and want to cancel my husband Visa.
you can file a application of sections 97 CR.p.c. in lower or SDM court against your husband for the coustdy of your child and u should file a F.I.R. in section 406,498A,323 I.P.C. at your nearest police station and you file a application of domestic violence in section 12 against your husband and for cancellation of your husband's visa you will be able to try in ambassay.

if your husband tortured u mently and physically then u file a FIR at nearest police station of ur aria against your husband in section 498A, 323, 341,406 IPC and if your children's age below 15 years then u r first guardian of ur child according to law..u can file a application in SDM court for custody of ur child in section 97 cr.p.c....if ur husband already at abroad then it is difficult to cancel of ur husband's visa..u can move a application at indian ammbassy for this..if u want more information and help then u can call me or message whatsapp num..thank u.
