Hi,
I would like to take advice regarding false case of domestic abuse on me. My wife and I are living together but our relationship is slowly going negative way.
She filed false complaints of domestic abuse on me and police harrassing me for no reason.
I would like to know how to get out of this situation.

Hi, you just appear before the police authority as and when they ask you to come. Its just a mediation process if not resolved police will file FIR. Meanwhile take an anticipatory bail from court. You can contact Akash gupta advocate
