Can We Reopen section 9 Disposed Case

We had a case of section 9. That was close due to not able to join 2 dates from the both the parties.

you have right to file fresh petition under section 9 HMA, you can not restore the case if is dismissed in default due to non appearance in the court, you have only remedy to file the fresh case in the court
