Can false 498a case affect my govt job joining ?

I'm preparing for govt job. My wife filed a false 498a case against me. What if I get final selection in govt job and the case would be running. Will govt reject me ? Or will give me time to solve my case first and then join ?

it cannot be held as a false case unless the court dismisses the said case or passes an order in your favor. suggestion would be to go to mediation and settle the said dispute as early as possible.
