Bail Bond And Sureties In 498a/406 Ipc

Me, my mother and father , have been granted bail in 498a case after submission of chargesheet and the court has asked to submit one sureties each on the next date. I have arranged two people who can stand as surety. One of those two sureties is already undergoing trial for 420, 506 ipc, currently on regular bail under these cases and other person has no outstanding charges against him and stood as surety to the first person in his case. There are not at all linked with my case but good friend of mine..so can they both stand as surety for us..as they are local sureties.
No they cant. A person who has already stood surety for some other accused cannot stand as surety for another. Further the 2nd person is undergoing trial thus Would not be eligible to stand as surety in any case.
