Am mentally depressed due to my parents

I need to quit my home and survive alone and also need that my parents should not disturb me
with reference to your law rato request you can file criminal complaint against them ask for police protection before the concerned jurisdiction police to appraise same fact before them.then you can take appropriate action against them I hope clarified legal position

it does not comes under domestic violence act. living with parents will natural guardian ship and it will never be considered as against the spirit of Law. it is the customary behaviour and it can not be found in law
