Already file for Divorce June 2019 . How to file Domestic violence?

Since 1 n half year I been waiting for husband good response..m Buddhisht by cast.. Husband thrown me out of his house like anything.. I alone faced a Lott.. Suffers illness medical illness by husband sch behaviors..i do it alone since he thrown me like anything..i want justice for my loss of ife...
he crossed limits of torture.. so I have submitted divorce case after 1 n half year through Mumbai famiy court. Should I go for domestic violence case so that I gets justice fr all torture husband n in-laws made to me?
Plz help financially m helpless need govt advocate or NGO plz suggest.

Yes u can go for domestic violence act and can get free advocate form legal service authority in your town by filling the application to it and in return they asked you to fill certain documents and if you submit it so you can get help from them for the finance problem u can file application for the interim mentanance and if court order your husband he had to pay interim maintenance to you and you can also file separate application for expenses incurred by you to come to court in your divorce proceedings

If you want to file a domestic violence case against your husband and his family you file a complaint with the police. The police will assign a Protection Officer who will investigate and handle your case for you.

file divorce as well as domwstic violence case , also.
wirh this also file case under section 498 A of IPC. also
if he has demanded dowry. file dowry case also.
regarding govt advocate ,
file application to legal aid cell in thw bombay high court ,PWD building , 1 or 2 nd floor.
in dv case file maintenance application so you will get some relief financially.
if you dont have house. go to shelter home at chembur ,east , chembur naka or at / near kasturba hospital. you will get list of auch shelterbhomes with protection officers of your area. approach to police. they must have list of protection officers.
