About To Get Maintenance From Husband

Respected sir , i need to know abt maintenance case under our law.. My husband left me from last 11 months and he n his family r saying not to give anything in terma of money r good life.. N dey Thrownded me out of the matrimonial home. Already 498 case you has put over them since dey tortured me for money n gold. So I want to put maintenance case against him but my question is i think he s not working r not.. How can i win my case n get maintenance from him n no property ntg is there wd dm not even own house? Please suggest me how to get maintenance..
Don't worry, file a case for maintenance against your husband. the bounded duty of the husband is maintain the wife. you better to engage an advocate to guide you about law procedure. The Court will grant maintainance to you.

Whether husband is working or not if he is healthy and having qualifications to earn then court will award monthly Maintenance to the wife. You are adviced to file Maintenance case under Section 125 of CrPC and get orders of interim Maintenance. Thus, you can fight your case by standing on your own legs.
