498a Case Registered, Am I Eligible To Apply Upsc Exam

Hi,my wife registered false 498a,323,r/w34,DP 3,4 against me and my family, recently court summoned me, got regular bail, my question is am I eligible to apply and write upsc exam? Will be any problem for my candidature?

You can apply and get through. Pendency of any criminal case is not a bar to appear. Even if you are convicted the higher Court may stay such verdict. Never bring negative thoughts to your mind, after all it a family case. Nothing to worry. Get file discharge application under Section 239 of Cr.P.C.
