Wrong Data Entry from property Registration Office n - how to correct

Sir Recently I have register my flat on 14-12-16 from ARA-II KOLKATA. When I have checked Registration status online thier some data mismatch from concern authority. Actually premises no not showing. How can I resolve the issue Please suggest.
One needs to make an application before the Registrar of Assurance with the help of a lawyer who would inform him over a letter on the lawyers letter head for consideration.
If the Registrar refuses appropriate action should be taken against such an officer.
