Will deed made by father, is it possible to break it now

My father had distributed his property,through will deed among my four brother including me. But in his deed,he had given me more than that of brothers. Is it possible to break that will deeds, if my any of brothers will move towards the court.

once will executed cannot be changed. in case your father is still alive then he can make a new will and the previous will would have no legality, you will have to file a probate petition for execution of the will among the brothers. once its been executed then you can give your share of the property to anyone you wish to

Hello, If the property earn by father only then this is only decision of your father to give how much to whom it means only father can change his will till his life time only, but if property is occurs in parental hierarchy then your brothers or any of the beneficiary according to law can suit in the court for such property.
