Will a 304A case affect my passport renew process

Sir, I have a 304 A case pending in the court.Now i have an opportunity to work abroad.My passport is about to get expired in an year.Is it possible for me to get through the police verification? thanks in advance
Which court the case is pending? The passport would be renewed depending upon the no objection given by the trial court.....

The pending case before the court is no bar for renewal pass port. Any way try to get it disposed within reasonable time. Other wise the police may otherwise ( not legally) create problems. There is a chance for the same
