What to do if i am facing issues with transfer certificate

I completed my bca is CV Raman university Bilaspur.kota .Now I'm pursuing my MBA in Chennai.the CV Raman university is not issued the transfer certificate.they issued only migration certificate.but now MBA college is asking for TC.they are not providing it what to do.if I'm not submit the TC they will cancel my admission.help me fast.what to do I don't know.
It is true that Migration certificate will not serve the purpose and does not contain details and have no legal binding. I suggest you send a carefully drafted protest notice to the CV Raman University. Normally the college should have been given Transfer certificate when you have requested. The delay is unjustifiable without a valid reason.
