What legal terms and conditions to be inculcated in an agreement

Dear Sir/ Ma'am, We are planning to provide our business goods to customers on credit basis i.e purchase for few months without paying and pay us after the credit period or shutdown of our/your business or any earlier time. Can it be done via agreement ? what other legal terms and condition to be stated in it so that it would legally bind them to pay us and we can issue legal notice if not paid ?
A Legal Document, does not only bind the parties, but also include positive and negative covenants, compliance and other obligations. Please execute proper admissible document. This will be only admissible tool in case of dispute.

You can do so via a business agreement or contract. There are a couple of clauses required to bd inserted in the agreement or contract necessary too safeguard your interests.eg payment schedule when interest would be imposed for late payment
