What is the procedure to rent a flat to bank employee

I would like to rent a flat which is under our ownership to a bank employee. We have a rental agreement for 11 months. Apart from that the lessee also request us to sign in another contract with bank. Is it ok for us to sign in with the bank.
Normally there is no such agreement other than the lease agreement is required. It may be for his procedural requirements or getting HRA or other benefits from the bank. Whatever it be, you have to understand the purpose of such an agreement and carefully read the clauses before signing in. Beware of automatic renewal clauses too.

It appears that you have misunderstood the matter. In my understanding the rental agreement or the contract could be either with the employee or the Bank. It would be much advantageous to deal with the Bank than with the individual employee.
