What is process to transfer gift deed ?

My grandfather was died 10 years ago and have four childrens including 2 sons ans 2 daughters. But among them elder son is died 7 years ago. My grandfather was done gift deed for one acre agriculture land and donee are myself and my cousin and we both are not minor now. After death of my grandfather , my father and uncle was forget to transfer land on myself and cousin name. now we have registred gift deed.So now we are elidgible or possible to transfer land on both of name at tahsildar office. Please mention the process to register name on 7/12 extract.
Your question is not clear. If you could elucidate the details to me, then I would be able to give you a clear picture. If the gift deed was done in the favour of your father and uncle then they can transfer their share to you just by paying a stamp duty of Rs 200
