How I get original leaving certificate from college if college refused to give
We suggest you first address a letter to the College, requesting them to grant you a leaving certificate. Should they fail to respond or refuse to give the certificate, you can consider filing a formal complaint. If the college is a government affiliated college, you can file a Writ Petition in the High Court seeking directions that the College be directed to show cause why it has failed to give the leaving certificate and to forthwith issue the leaving certificate to you.
