Want to know what documents are required for property verification

Hi. I have planned to purchase a plot at Akruthi green woods Phase 2 at Jigani. The developers are BSR developers and it is a township. The property is a converted agricultural land and comes under jurisdiction of anekal taluk gram panchayat and is registered under E khata. I would like to know what are the documents that I should verify before buying the said land.

All mother deed it mean old tittle deed conversion order current year tax and up to date E. C approved building plan and license, NOC from BDA and other authorities, e-katha in the name of current owner

You need go through the entire project documents in details for the purchase of the plot. The documents are Original Land owners title documents, conversion order, BRMDA approval of Layout, relinquishment of park, roads for the sites, etc., i suggest you to contact your advocate for the same.
