Want clarification on issue for different name in marksheet and degree

My name in high school marksheet is Mona devi but in MBBs marksheet Only Mona.will it cause any problem in government job ?

Since in your high school certificate it is written Mona Devi, it is advisable to get it corrected in your MBBS degree. Also the name that is given on your photo ids like voter id/aadhaar is also to be considered. If they all show Mona Devi then give them as proof and get your degree corrected as different names on different certificates may cause future problems for you during verification.

It will definitely cause problem while seeking government job but through affidavit if you swear that Mona Devi and Mona and the same person and further you have to show that the names of parents and the address in both cases are same the problem may be overcome.
