Does a registered GPA holder with fully paid stamp duty has all legal rights to execute a sale deed to a third part without the consent and signature of the actual owner?? 2. Can this type of GPA be cancelled?? If so, then Wat is d procedure. 3. Is there a specific time frame within which the cancellation has to b applied 4. Also Is there any fees or deposit or fine to b paid to d court for cancellation of this kind GPA
Dear Querist,
Without seeing the GPA it is difficult to answer u r question. Your question also does state the relationship between the Principal and the Power Agent. If it is a lawful GPA then the Principal has the powers to cancell the GPA. The procedure to cancel it is by a valid document executed by the Principal mentioning what are the circumstances under which the Principal is cancelling the GPA, there need not be a specific time frame to cancel the GPA. If it is cancelled through the court then it depends upon the prayer sought based on that the court fees is determined.

Yes. Regd.,GPA holder can sell the property to any body without the consent of the owner of the property when he has got regd., GPA.
If you want to cancel it you will have to execute the regd., cancellation deed before the sub registrar and copy will have to be sent to the GPa holder and it is necessary to publish in the news paper regarding cancellation of GPA. I think there is normal fee for cancellation of regd., GPA
