I have filed a probate casoe in district court jamshedpur in may 2015.we r 2 brother 2 sister mother. Mother and brother gave noc but sisters r opposing probate.one sister filed affidavit another sizter staying abroad has given her poa.what will be the result of the case
You have not disclosed whethere you belong to reserve category or general category however presuming you to be of general category the valadety of the will to be of genuine unless the same is rebutted with cogent reasons in probate cases the court steps into the shoes of the author of the will and there by tests the varsity and genuineness of the authored by him
