Remedy in case College not returning original documents

Sir, my addmision in BE second year in this year, through the agent, but agent is frod of me, he had take addmision the college in obc but my cast validity is not, and I had to given back to my documents in college and cancel the addmision so college said to full fee pay to college and take documents so sir what I do in this situation please sujjest and help us sir
You should first file a police complaint in your local police station against the Agent. As for the college, there is always a rule that they deduct some percent of the fees of you cancel the admission but they have to refund most of it. Write them a notice, if they don't agree then file a consumer case against the college.
