REGARDING SEEKING ECONOMICALLY BACKWARD CERTIFICATE

A person having a family income less than rs 50000/- per annum is economically backward. Can a person claim to be economically backward if his father was class I govt employee retired in 2003. Now the person is staying separate from his father and his earnings are less than 50k?

Yes a person can claim to be economically backward if he has his own separate house hold. You need to make a certificate of this effect. You need to apply to your concerned SDM for such a certificate where you can declare your income from all your sources. Consult a lawyer for services with all your details of income, work, vocation nd identity proof with residence proof.
