Regarding Experience Certificate

28-Feb-2025 (In Documentation Law)
I had worked in a hospital as bonded medical officer for 6months , my noticed period was for 1year but I am leaving in between due to my family reasons . I want my experience certificate of 6months but according to a clause which states ") Except in unavoidable/emergency circumstances, one month advance notice shall be mandatory for candidates to resign from bonded service for other reasons. If it is found that the reason for resignation is not valid, the resignation will not be accepted and such candidates will not be issued a certificate of completion of the bonded period" I had given 1month prior intimation resignation letter. Now I am leaving the job . Is there any possible way I can get my experience certificate as they are not accepting my resignation

Since you served six months and provided a one-month notice, you can request an experience certificate instead of a completion certificate. Highlight compliance with the notice period and provide proof of your family emergency to validate your resignation. If denied, escalate the matter to HR or legal channels, emphasizing that the clause does not prohibit issuing a service certificate.

Well, if they have not been accepting your Resignation, then, you not need to worry at all! You can send them a Legal Notice via me or any other Advocate and from thereon, things may go in your favor. If things won't go in your favor, then, you can file a case.
