Regarding case against CBSE correct the name in Certificate what to do
29-Jun-2023 (In Documentation Law)
CBSE refused to do correction of my name in certificate of my ward, passed out 2017. Archana Das is mentioned instead of Archana Rani Das. As Archana Das is mentioned in admission form of my ward. CBSE said to file a case against them, kindly suggest.
Hello client hru.i have read ur query as per which u have filled the Name correctly in ur form but still CBSE has refused to correct the mistake they have made and after they are saying tht you go and file case against CBSE in this matter u have to go through court only then only correction is possible.

Cbse in 2008 has amended in its law that. It will not change the name of candidates once registered in 10th certificate. Yes , you should file a case against cbse law .i tell you that lot of similar cases have been filed and people have lost their cases. To win this good legal research is required.
