Query regarding documents verification for govt job

Hello 1) I have cleared a govt.exam recently and I have to make documents for it, I am married but living separately for more than a year I don't have the marriage certificate and it is required and the in-laws will not make it.  2) I want to make domicile certificate and it requires ration card and after my marriage, my name was cut from my parent's ration card and it is there at my inlaws card now it's urgent how to skip this step. 3) I have to make my daughter's birth certificate and it requires aadhar card of my husband also and he won't give it.despite of his aadhar card i have all other documents of the hospital and her vaccination. Please provide best solution to above problems it's urgent I got this job after a lot of sacrifices and hard work.
