Property transferred from adopted mother documents verification

MY MOTHER (NEVER MARRIED) HAD ADOPTED ME THROUGH REGISTERED ADOPTION DEED FROM HER BROTHER. on all my certi and identity proofs name of my grandfather( I,e name of father of adoptive mother) is mentioned in place of my father name ( sh. pishori lal) . NOW my adoptive mother transferred her immovable prop to me through registered transfer deed in blood relations without stamp duty. on this deed name of my adoptive mother is mentioned with me as follows TRANSFERRER: USHA D/O LATE PISHORI LAL (MY ADOPTIVE MOTHER) TRANSFEREEE: AMIT S/0 USHA D/0 PISHORI LAL ( ME). can it create any problem?

No, it will not create any problem. Otherwise the transfer of property to you as an adopted son would be considered as valid. Supposily, if your mother was married, then firstly your father would have transferred to your adoptive mother and your mother would have transferred to you.
