Procedure to transfer ownership from mother to daughter.

Property is on the name of mother because father is die in 2009 we want to transferring ownership from mother to daughter , but sister have 3 brothers all are alive . I want to make daughter as a "karta" of the family with consulting brother ? Is allow in the law or not.
Hello hru I have read ur query as per which u want to appoint ur sister as karta of the family in this matter u have to move to to the court for an order in this regards then only it is possible to to appoint ur sister as karta of the family.
