Since HOW MAY YEARS YOU ARE IN DELHI ? SECOND Your father voter card is also from delhi and if that also than you have to check that in election voter card is your grand father name is available this all are available on line as u have posted this matter on net that indicate ,You can find out and go through it, As i am also familier from Tamil Nadu so i can guide it very well but there is no relevant proof like house/ land is available there and even name is also deleted from record because of on line data at last u have to approach from wrong doer to delhi office with an affidavit containing all relevant facts and apply for caste certificate here itself as and citizen of this place by born.

You can apply for the same in New Delhi itself, you just need to prove that you were residing there in Delhi for more than 3 years i.e, Domicile Certificate or residential proof. you will have to get all the certificates duly attested by the Class-I officer.
