Procedure to change the name without affecting other documents

I have a query that me and my sister using the same name dob and fathers name bcoz of this our Pan card no is same but all other documents are different. Plz suggest how one of us change our name without affecting other Is it illegal sharing common name in same family
Wow, take adhaar card and passport also in the same name. The question arises as tovhow you distinguish documents as to which one is for whom if it does not contain your pictures, furthermore, if you both are twins, then there isbhigh chances that photographs are also same. In this way, you have created Your Own identity problems. Now Consult a good lawyer.

just do one thing that inform the it deptt. about the same and ask them to resolve the issue and issue separate pan for both and link both of the pan to your respective aadhar numbers you can be assessed by the deptt. for your sister`s income
