Procedure to change of name in birth certificate

My child was born in uae Now we are in india Cancelled visa But my child's name has been changed Name has been updated in adhaar ration card and passport But the birth certificate is issued from UAE howpital As we are in india How can we modify birth certificate
The laws of UAE applies in this case. It is unlikely that change could be effected. How was the change in name carried out in the passport?.
