Procedure to apply for OBC Non Creamy layer certificate

Sir, I am working as SDE (Gr.B Officer) in BSNL ( public sector unit under Indian government). Age about 42 Years. I am getting annual gross income Rs:11,00,000( Eleven Lakhs only). I have been recruited as Jr Telecom Officer ( Gr.B).My wife is home maker.I am belongs to Vaddi community belongs to BC-A in Telangana state.I want to take OBC certificate from revenue authorities for my son Engg(IIT/NIT/IIIT) college . Am I eligible for getting certificate or not? If so please reply with related documentary proofs.If I will be greatful you sir/madam.
