Procedure to add surname in graduation mark sheets

I have written the same in 10th and 12th Mark sheets and all other documents like PAN card, ADHAR card but on my graduation marksheet it is written name . Surname is missing there. I have to take admission in Mtech. Will there be any problem in admission for mtech and also for govt jobs later as my surname is missing on graduation marksheet?
If you have correct name in your 10th and 12th mark sheet then you should go to university and give a application and affidavit and 10th 12th mark sheet Xerox or pay proper fees of university. Then they will change your name graduation mark sheet
