I own a flat in joint ownership with my brother. I am thinking of making a will and I was wondering how to word it so that the flat goes to the same person my brother will name in his will (he too is planning to write his will shortly). We are Hindu.
You can make will of your share in the flat, take signature of co-owner on the will as a witness of will, this will show his consent to this transaction,
