Procedure in case husband is having illegal SC certificate

My husband's cert was issued from Guwati, but their ancestral home was silchar. He is refusing to make his heir's certificate done. I believe his certi is illegally made
you can lodge a complaint with the local police station that your husband holds forged documents and for the same he should be punished and take action against him. But before doing so, get a copy of all the documents in your custody, be it photocopies and then act upon
