iam muslim and my lover is christian ...we want to marry and can u tell me the procedures
You can register your marriage under special marriage Act. Give notice in the concerned sro. Wait 30 days. after that u can get your marriage registered. Witnesses are required for notice and registration. Both must be major n normal persons.

under the provisions f special marriage act u may solemnise ur marriage.
the procedure is simple u may file application before concerned sub registrar office showing intention to marry. They will publish it before both SRO's where u two's house jurisdiction comes. Then after tat 30 days period is given for any sort f objection. If nothing comes u may solemnize marriage in the presence f two sureties known to each f u.
the said things have now gone online n application can be submitted online too
google search it under registration department for more details.
u will get help either from a titile deed vendor/writer or an advocate
