Procedure for Getting possession certificate from MRO

Our land is in dispute. The opposition are fraudulent as they sold the property and yet claiming that it is their's. We have been farming for over 20 years. When we went to MRO for a possession certificate, he said he cant give it because it is in court. But the judge didnt issue any injection order. So is it true that the MRO cannot give an possession certificate when the land is under dispute in the court even though the judge did not give a injection order
hello, you filed suit what relief. You first your land survey no's in revenue records ie. r.o.r and adangal pahani title holder name and possesion your name entered in revenue records you obtained doc.nts through rti act,or certified copys.
