 I bring your kind notice about a person  saying that he will give the jobs and collected money from me about Rs 38000 in 2015 but he never gives the job to me but in the 2017 of August 11th he was given cheque to me but he did not mentioned my name and date he told me where the cheque in bank but the cheque was bounce how I can file a case on him

Q: Procedure for Getting possession certificate from MRO

Our land is in dispute. The opposition are fraudulent as they sold the property and yet claiming that it is their's. We have been farming for over 20 years. When we went to MRO for a possession certificate, he said he cant give it because it is in court. But the judge didnt issue any injection order. So is it true that the MRO cannot give an possession certificate when the land is under dispute in the court even though the judge did not give a injection order

Q: How to recover money when the person is not returning it

I have lent rs XX lac on 31-July-2014 to one of my friend for interest at Rs 2/- per month. He paid interest upto 30-Oct-2015. he is not returning amount now and not paying interest also. Please tell me how to recover amount from him legally. I have promissory notes signed by him and cheque with no date for Rs XX lac. Please tell me the legal procedure to recover my money.

Q: Harassment & defamation by finance company due to wrong at their end

Hi, I opted for a consumer durable loan and due to incorrect bank account updation from their end they charges me for 3 check bouncing charges. In the first month itself i have provided them the correct bank details however then also they submitted 2 more times and got the checks bounced. The check bounce is also not due to insufficient funds, it is as i had closed that account. I went to the branch 3 time to get the correct details updated and once to get the check bounce charges waived off and it was promised to me as well. Now almost after one year, their collection agency called me and misbehaved and humiliated me and my wife. Post the call i went to the same branch and when asked the Manager, he said that he missed to waive off the charges and he provided me the NOC then and there. Post that when i called the Customer care to stop the collection agency calls, they said it will continue for 48 hours and i continued to get humiliated. Can i ask for compensation?

I am oc but I enrolled b.c in my school . and I taken schlorship s as BC .but I felled shamed to cheat the government. That, why I wante to change my caste . please tell me the procedure. How much time needed. And how much money required. what is the punishment to me as per court.

applly to your the mandal thasildhar (mro) to change caste the thasildhar enquired said application and issued oc certificate.and after u apply the education board to change your caste in your education certificate. time 3-6 months,
