Procedure for correction of name in sale deed

In the sale deed of my flat ma name is spelt as Rajgopalan.V instead of Rajagopalan.V by oversight.The "a" is missing.The same has been carried over to the connected Khatha,Property Tax ,Electricity bill ETC. How do i get this corrected. Thanks.
You may ignore it since it will not affect your title or other rights over the property
In case you are particular about inserting the missing "a" in the document it can be done by executing a rectification deed

Hello, sir, a rectification deed has to be executed for correcting the error. The rectification deed has to be registered before the sub-registrar office. After the execution of the rectification deed, the same may be rectified in all the other documents

A rectification deed is a must for any mistake in the original deed. Do it at the earliest occasion, when the buyer and seller should be present in the registrar's office. Then make change in all documents according to the Rectification deed
