Procedure for correction of name change in 10th mark sheet.

Respected sir and madam but in my 10th marksheet cbse update it inderesh ramola. I am facing lots of problems because of that mistake. I cant make my all major documents like pen card, passport because of that mis typo mistake. So there is a solution for this mistake
Following steps can be pursued:-
1. Send an application along with relevant documents by registered post with acknowledgement due card to the competent authority in CBSE requesting requesting for changing the name
2. If there is no response, then you may file RTI application to the same competent authority for a status report on your application.
3. If there is no response, then you may hire an advocate to present them with a legal notice sent by registered post with acknowledgement due card.
4. If no action is taken by CBSE, then on the basis of all above communications, you can file a writ petition in the High Court of Delhi for remedy.

I have read Ur problem it's a very serious issue as Ur facing problems u can understand it well.but it's solution is possible but the way goes only through high court for speedy process only.
