Procedure for change of date of birth in marksheets

I have received mark sheet and found that my Date of birth is wrong. I would like to request your good office for the correction of my Date of Birth in mark sheet and all my RECORDS as an urgent requirement.
This is required to be changed at the institution level by making necessary applications at the relevant place and lawyer cannot help you in any way. If they reject the same then you can invoke the writ jurisdiction in the high court.

You have to file a declaratuon suit in civil court as firat u have to oasue legal notice according to law to concerned persons and after stipulated period u have to file declaration suit declaring your correct date of birth to be written and get suit decreed order to concerned office get correct by paying requisite fees.
