Procedure for change in DOB in passport.

Hi, I am having my Birth certificate with DOB - 09/06/1995. Where as DOB in my metric certificate is 09/05/1995 and also in all other documents including aadhar, pan card, DL ect.. Since I was a minor during my passport application, I have given Birth certificate as a proof and in passport DOB - 09/06/1995 has mentioned . Now my passport has expired , I want to change DOB in passport during renewal. The more important thing is, I have to go Germany for my MS program and I am running out of time. I have only 6 months time now. Please can any one advice me how to solve this issue quickly without much time..
We can file affidavit and accordingly we can change the Date of birth ... And a paper publication will be given .... Accordingly the Date of birth can be corrected ... Kindly contact me I can help you to sourght out the issue
