Procedure for cancellation of NOC

Sir, i have been taken NOC from delhi to kerala for shifting my swift dezire car, but due to some family issues i am not taking my car to kerala, there for i wantbto cancel my NOC already i have collected a letter from the kerala RTO authority stating that this car is not register here...so can u pls tell me what is the proceedure of cancelation ...im waiting for you valuable reply..thanking yo
The information is furnished is incomplete. While obtaining the NOC you would have surrendered the RC at Delhi. Hence, you need to approach the RTO Office in Delhi to get the vehicle registered there on the strength of the letter issued by the RTO in Kerala.
